The Corporate Law Department advises its clients in a comprehensive and integral manner regarding their business and corporate governance decisions, providing permanent and specialized advice on business planning. Our Team has conducted due diligence processes for different kinds of mergers and acquisitions, which have included the necessary reorganizations from a tax and financial perspective, as well as the subsequent supervision of the acquired companies and their relevant assets. The Corporate Law and Contracts Department advises its clients on commercial and contractual matters, through the preparation, negotiation and closing of contracts and other commercial agreements. Our team´s experience includes counseling clients in different sectors, including mining, renewable energy, real estate, sanitation and waste treatment, agro-industry, transportation and airline industries, among others. Our advising includes the negotiation of commercial, construction, maintenance, and project operation´s contracts, as well as pre-feasibility studies, subdivision and merger processes and evaluation of urban compatibility. We also provide legal assistance in claims and administrative procedures before public entities, as well as complex negotiations and other matters.
