Francisca Musalem Blajtrach

Practice Area: Corporate Law

Lawyer since 2013, she has specialized in Real Estate Law and Land Use Planning, advising investment projects from a territorial, urban, and sectoral authorization perspective. She is also part of our Corporate Law and Contracts area.

Among other matters, she has participated in a study commissioned by the Ministry of National Assets on the “Definition of the Ministry’s role within the Environmental Impact Assessment System” (2019), provided advice to the Ministry of Energy on “Environmental and territorial variables that affect electrical planning” (2018), and worked on a study commissioned by the Ministry of Justice for the “Development of guidelines for the inclusion of alternative dispute resolution systems within the civil procedural reform framework” (2013).
