Labor Law Department
Our Labor Law Department has an extensive professional experience advising our clients in individual and collective labor law matters. These include, among others, hiring and termination of employment contracts, preparation of labor policies and regulations, benefit manuals and labor instrument formats, compensations and due diligence processes. Moreover, our Labor Law Department also provides advice on labor matters derived from mergers and acquisitions, internal investigation processes, labor and occupational health and safety audits, training and obtaining migration permits for foreign personnel and implementation of new technologies in the companies.

Corporate Law and Contracts Department
The Corporate and Contracts Department advises clients in an integral, permanent and specialized manner in their business planning and corporate governance decisions. Our Corporate Law and Contracts Team has conducted due diligence processes for different kinds of mergers and acquisitions. This has included the necessary reorganizations from a legal and financial perspective, as well as the subsequent supervision of the acquired companies and their relevant assets.

Environmental and Water Law Department
The Environmental and Water Law Department advises its clients in the entire process of obtainment, prosecution and implementation of the different permits, authorizations and related procedures contemplated in our water law, providing a complete counseling, which includes the preparation of legal reports, due diligence, audits, strategic project planning and activities that require some type of administrative and/or judicial proceedings.

The Department of Family Law and Mediation comprehensively advises clients on matters of family, mediation and childhood. The area provides expert and specialized advice focused on granting the optimal solution for each particular case according to the needs of our clients. Due to the sensitivity of these matters, privacy and safeguard of the actors involved prevails in the development of the judicial and extrajudicial strategies

The Compliance Department provides advice to our clients on regulatory compliance and good practices. The team focuses on the design and implementation of crime prevention systems that adjust to the specialty and field of each company, in accordance with Law No. 20.393, developing internal policies through a multidisciplinary team, whose integrated cooperation allows provide high quality service.
