Mr. Aylwin has extensive experience advising companies in both the public and private sectors, as well as labor unions, on various matters related to individual and collective labor relations. His expertise also covers occupational safety and health, litigation before courts and administrative authorities, and union matters, including participation in collective bargaining processes and complex issues.
