Lawyer since 2012. Extensive experience in managing public and private sector projects. Specialist in regulated markets, permits, and natural resources. Primarily advises the development of mining, aquaculture, sanitation, energy (transmission and generation), and forestry projects from a strategic standpoint, focusing on environmental and regulatory compliance, obtaining authorizations, and providing administrative and judicial defense. Previously, he was responsible for the Environmental Department of the State Defense Council, coordinating and managing judicial actions in administrative, environmental damage, and criminal cases before specialized and ordinary courts.
